If you are an individual whose information appears in a record IntentCurrent delivered to a customer, or a business customer with a question about a record, this page explains how to reach us.
Requests we support
- Access — ask what information we have associated with you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information from our systems.
- Suppression — ask to be excluded from future records, without necessarily requesting full deletion.
- Opt-out of sale or sharing — where applicable under state law.
- Appeal — if we deny a request, you can ask us to reconsider.
How to submit a request
Email cody@celebratein360.com with the word "Privacy request" in the subject line, what you're asking for, and enough information for us to locate your record (name, and ideally the business you interacted with or the ZIP/area involved). We will acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Invalid-record criteria (interim policy, subject to your signed agreement)
For Agent Starter and Weekly Lists customers, a record may qualify for replacement or credit if it meets one of the following objective criteria:
- Duplicate, outside the documented duplicate-handling policy for your plan.
- Wrong geography — outside the ZIP, radius, or area you purchased.
- Wrong category — does not match the intent category or niche you purchased.
- Structurally invalid required contact field (e.g. malformed email or missing required field).
- Record missing the contracted minimum fields for your plan.
Nonresponse, unwillingness to purchase, or a person simply not being interested does not by itself make a record invalid. This interim policy reflects the criteria currently used to evaluate replacement requests; final, contractually binding language is being finalized — see your signed agreement for the version that governs your account.
