Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of intentcurrent.com and any IntentCurrent plan you purchase. Where these terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement controls.

The service

IntentCurrent provides intent records and identified-website-visitor data, delivered through advertising, CRM, direct-mail, or sales-prioritization workflows, built on licensed data and activation infrastructure plus our own positioning, filtering, implementation, and account-management work. See our pricing page for current plans, records included, and fees. Pricing on that page is current and binding at the time of purchase; it does not change based on anything in these terms.

What we don't promise

  • We do not guarantee a specific match rate, accuracy percentage, response rate, or conversion outcome.
  • We do not guarantee acceptance of any audience by Google, Meta, or any other platform, or that your ad account will remain unaffected by platform review.
  • Records are not opted-in leads and are not proof that a person has made a purchase decision, is financially qualified, or is exclusively researching your business.

Payment & billing

Plans are billed as described on the pricing page: pay-as-you-go for Agent Starter, monthly for Weekly Lists/Done-for-You/White-Label/Growth Partner, with an annual option offering two months free on recurring plans. Setup fees are one-time and due at onboarding.

Cancellation

All recurring plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless your agreement states otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you contact anyone using data delivered by IntentCurrent, including compliance with TCPA, Do-Not-Call, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited uses.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntentCurrent's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
