Privacy Policy
Last updated: [date to be set at launch] · Draft pending qualified attorney review before publication
This policy explains what information IntentCurrent collects, how intent records and identified-visitor data are sourced and used, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. It applies to intentcurrent.com and to the managed services IntentCurrent provides to its business customers.
Who we are
IntentCurrent is a data activation and managed-service business. We operate on top of licensed data and activation infrastructure provided by a third-party supplier under a reseller agreement — we do not own or operate the underlying identity-resolution or intent-signal infrastructure ourselves.
What we collect on this site
- Information you submit through our contact and qualification forms (name, business email, phone, company, and the other fields on that form).
- Standard technical and analytics information about how visitors use this site, where an analytics tool is configured.
- UTM parameters and referrer information used to understand how visitors found this site.
What intent records and identified-visitor data contain
For our business customers, we deliver records associated with signals consistent with current category research, and — where a confident match exists — identify anonymous visitors to a customer's own website. See what an intent record tells you for the fields involved. These records originate from our licensed data and activation infrastructure supplier, not from a proprietary data source we operate.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and qualification-form submissions.
- To deliver and manage the services a customer has purchased.
- To meet legal, contractual, and security obligations.
Sharing
We share information with the infrastructure subprocessor(s) that power the underlying data and activation services, with service providers who support our own operations (for example, email or CRM tools), and as required by law. We do not sell personal information in the sense of the term used by state privacy laws, beyond what is disclosed here and in your customer agreement.
Your choices
To request access, correction, deletion, or suppression of a record, or to exercise any other right available under applicable law, see our Data Rights page or email cody@celebratein360.com.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Specific retention schedules are documented internally and available on request.
